Ortopad is proud to offer the original fun patterned patches that have been successfully helping children with amblyopia (lazy eye) for over 20 years. Our Bamboo patches are latex-free, hypo-allergenic orthoptic eye patches, made of a soft, natural bamboo fabric that allows the skin to breathe naturally and minimizes eyelid perspiration.

Our eye patches come in fun patterned designs and are available in three sizes: Junior (2 5/8" x 1 31/32") for children up to 2, Medium (2 63/64" x 2-1/8") for children 2 – 4, and Regular (3 11/32" x 2 5/16") for children over 4. Each box contains 50 individually wrapped patches, and many patterns can also be purchased separately in bags of 10. We also offer reward posters to make patching fun. All of our products are made in Italy.

Ortopad patches have a special shape with nasal slits cut into the patch for a better fit close to the nose, allowing the patch to fit well under eye glasses. The opaque black inlay assures maximum shielding from light, providing superior light blocking qualities to aid in treatment.

Our eye patches also contain a gentle hypo-allergenic and latex-free adhesive, suitable for delicate and sensitive skin, and ensures maximum comfort even with prolonged use. The soft, eco-friendly bamboo material and hypoallergenic adhesive let the skin breathe, providing a gentle and comfortable experience for children.

With five designs in every box, patching becomes fun and enjoyable for children. We offer two boxes of 50 patches (100 total) in the Medium size (3" x 2-1/8") for girls aged 2-4, and each box includes two Ortopad reward posters (Seal, Birds).

In addition to these features, the bamboo material used in our patches is an eco-friendly option, as bamboo is one of the fastest renewable resources and produces many times more biomass than traditional wood or cotton.
