Ortopad® Girls Reward Poster Pack

The Ortopad Orthoptic Eye Patches have been successfully helping children with amblyopia (lazy eye) for over 20 years. These patches are made of a soft, natural bamboo material, which allows the skin to breathe naturally and minimizes eyelid perspiration. The bamboo plant is one of the fastest renewable resources, with a growth of up to one meter per day, and its widely branched roots create new shoots over and over again. Due to its rapid growth, bamboo produces many times more biomass than traditional wood or cotton.

Ortopad patches have a special shape with nasal slits cut into the patch for a better fit close to the nose, allowing the patch to fit well under eye glasses. The opaque black inlay assures maximum shielding from light. These eye patches contain a hypo-allergenic and latex-free adhesive, which is especially suitable for delicate and sensitive skin, and offers maximum comfort even with prolonged use.

Ortopad Bamboo patches are available in three sizes: Junior (for children up to 2 years), Medium (for children 2 – 4 years), and Regular (for children over 4 years). They are available in boxes of 50 individually wrapped patches, and many patterns can also be purchased separately in bags of 10.

To motivate children to complete their patching, Ortopad offers a Kids Reward Poster Pack, which includes 3 posters (Hearts, Castle, and Butterfly). Children can place the used patch on the chart to count down to a reward. These posters can be used with all sizes of Ortopad Eye patches, with Regular/medium size patches on one side and Junior size on the other.
